For further preparations for buying my own pre-finished house some relatives and me went to the "Fischerhaus"-factory in Bodenwöhr and looked at some more model houses there, though only three could be entered. One of those that could be entered is the same house my aunt built.
Close to the Fischerhaus factory in Bodenwöhr is a well-known local brewery where we had dinner after the drive. This is the entrance to the restaurant which is attached to the brewery. In front of the restaurant is a lake where one can also swim in summer. This is the factory where "Fischerhaus"-houses are being pre-fabricated. A sign showing the five houses next to the factory. This is the model "Jasmin". I didn't take a closer look at it, as I already was quite familiar with it, because it's the model my aunt and uncle bought. This is a rather simple flat roof model. Though it was too long and narrow, so the interior was too much like one big room in the base and not enough rooms in the first floor. Though the flat roof really leaves a lot of space upstairs I didn't really like this model.
The following pictures are all from the house "Magnolie" which is the main attraction of all the houses in Bodenwöhr. Practically speaking though it's much too expensive to be of real interest to me. One the other hand I really like the first floor, with its separation of parents and childrens section. This is the convenience room right next to the entrance. The kitchen as seen from the entrance. The kitchen as seen from the living room. View from the living room towards the kitchen. The living room. Same point standing as before but looking 90 degrees to the right toward the other side. The stairs to the first floor are right between those two pictures. Stairs down to the basement to the right is the entrance. The stairs to the first floor. As can be seen, they separate half-way, right to the childrens part, left to the parents part. The parents bedroom. The parents bathroom. Staircase seen from the childrens side. One of the two spacious childs rooms. On the balcony for the childrens side looking into the room from the last picture. Here is a short video showing the houses interior.
